Last week I limped into my Reiki session . Close to tears because I was in so much pain. I had worked a lot the past week and somehow had injured / twisted my right knee while kneeling down for a task.
I thought I needed to go to the ER . I had iced overnight tried to stretch but I couldn’t shake the pain .
I already had my regular session scheduled so I went.
When I say heeling hands !!! Shaq knows exactly how I most likely injured myself and how to fix it !
After about 1.5h massaging my knee and hamstring and me working on my breath I slowly calmed down.
I could not feel the pain anymore after I got off the table.
If it wasn’t for Shaq and his heeling hands I would have most likely ended up in the ER getting x ray and a cortisone shot.
I cannot recommend him enough ! It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still pain free !
